specializing in business opportunities in Greater China,

selected developed & emerging markets.

The Company was incorporated in Hong Kong by Vincent Lam and Adrian Wong in January 2009. The Company is regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong for Type 9 (asset management) regulated activity with CE number ASM213.

Having known each other for more than 10 years before joining hands to set up the Company, the two founders are also major investors in the firm and some of the portfolios that we manage.
